Let me start by saying if you are on a diet, you probably don’t want to make these cookies. Why? Because you will eat them. Possibly even ALL of them. Yes, they are that good! And so super simple.
Here’s what you need:
Heat your over to 350, mix all ingredients, drop by spoonfuls,
pop in the oven for about ten minutes.
These cookies are still soft when done, so don’t let that throw you off. You can also use chocolate or peanut butter chips in place of the pecans.
