I am a simple kinda gal. I prefer to snack on finger foods at parties than eat a full meal. While on the lookout for something to take to a Christmas party last night, I came across a recipe I had added to my recipe box on AllRecipes.com. These Taco Roll-Ups are so simple, but so tasty!

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
** I am not much for olives, so I used (1) 2.25oz can of olives and (1) 4.5oz can of green chiles. I also used one cup of picante sauce instead of the 1/2 cup the recipe called for.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; stir in the cheddar cheese, picante sauce, olives (&chiles), taco seasoning and soup mix. Spread over tortillas; roll up jelly-roll style. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, cut into 1-in. pieces.
**We were out of plastic, so I put a toothpick through each roll and put them on a cookie sheet to refrigerate. It worked well.
We also found that this tasted delicious as a dip with tortilla chips.
