KEEN Footwear – Back to School in Style

School is in full swing here in Alabama and we are starting our first week of preschool at home.  I’ve done all of my back to school and fall shopping from the comfort of the couch this year.  As much as I enjoy browsing the racks of new fall fashions for kids, it’s been relaxing to shop from home.  Bryson’s new shoes from KEEN Footwear are one of my favorite finds this fall!

When my husband found out that Bryson had a pair of KEEN shoes on the way, he pouted a tiny bit because he has had his eye on a pair of KEEN sandals all summer.  (That was news to me, but now I know for next year.)  Bryson was in need of a nice pair of shoes for this fall/ winter and the Alamosa WP fit the bill.  $65 is more than I usually spend on a pair of kid’s shoes, but after having these in my possession, I can definitely see why.  The old saying “You get what you pay for..” comes to mind.

KEEN Alamosa WP

KEEN Footwear Alamosa WP

Built sturdy for rough and tumble fun, the Alamosa WP is designed to handle wet playtime activities. Featuring a water resistant leather upper and a waterproof, breathable lining, kids will love the cool, sporty look and parents will love the all terrain performance.

KEEN Alamosa WP Kids Shoes

The Alamosa WP from KEEN is a super nice shoe and excellent quality. Bryson plays hard and he has to have a shoe that will stand up to the wet, sludgy weather of winter and that will handle his rough & tough 3 year old self. I love, love, love that the Alamosa WP shoes are waterproof so I don’t have to worry about his feet getting wet and cold this winter. The rubber outsoles are perfect for all types of terrain which is a must when your child likes to play on tall dirt piles and then run across concrete.  They have a fantastic grip and they don’t slide.

KEEN Boys Shoes

I love the look of the KEEN Alamosa WP, because they can be worn daily whether on the playgroud or out to dinner.  They are tough enough for a cowboy (see photo above) and stylish enough to wear out.  They are also made for both boys and girls!  The Slate Black/ Rust colors are a nice dark brown and orange so they’ll pair with almost anything.

Bryson will definitely give these shoes a good run, but I have no doubts they’ll hold up to him.  I see many KEEN purchases in our future, starting with that pair of sandals my husband wants!  I have my eye on the True Khaki Sienna MJ Canvas shoe- super cute and stylish!

KEEN Footwear Kids Shoes

You can purchase KEEN shoes online at KeenFootwear.com.  They carry shoes for men, women, & kids, but they offer bags and socks too.  You can also find KEEN Footwear on Facebook, Twitter, & Pinterest.

We received the KEEN Footwear Alamosa WP for our review.  All thoughts and opinions remain my own, as always.
