If you guys liked the Infantino Activity Gym I posted last week, you are going to love this playmat too! I never bought a play mat for Bryson, although I came close a few times. To say I was thrilled when I opened the box and found this cuteness inside would be an understatement.
Infantino definitely got the name spot on- JUMBO. It is 47” in diameter! Bryson took to it right away. It is ready for your child right out of the box- there is nothing to put together. It has over 20! play features and tons of bright colors and textures. The flower you see in the bottom left corner plays music. In the top left corner, you can see the mirror. It is made to slide in and out, so your child can play with it hands on. If you look closely, you can spot teething rings for a baby with sore gums. Infantino seriously thought of everything with this playmat.
Once again, like with the activity mat, the characters are wonderful. The colors are stunning and each one has several different textures for baby to touch and feel. I included the bottom right photo to show you the material used on the back. It is easily cleaned, so you don’t have to be afraid to get it dirty. We played with this out in the yard, near Bryson’s swimming pool, and I didn’t have to worry about cleaning it. With Bryson, I always used a blanket in the yard and brought out toys. With this playmat, it is all you need. It functions as your blanket and your toys. The less stuff moms have to lug around, the better!
I had to include this one last picture. Bryson is 18 months old and he loves this playmat. In this photo, he had plopped down on it and just rolled and rolled.
