A warm home is something we no longer take for granted. We bought our home “as-is” because we purchased it out of foreclosure. For the first two years, our central unit didn’t work properly. After having it “fixed” several different times, we finally had it replaced back in March. Now that it’s getting cold, I’m so thankful we were able to replace the old unit and now have a warm, cozy house for the winter.
