My birthday is April 16th & I am 21 years old.

I have blogged in one form or another since I was 12.

I love to decorate and feel that something always needs a little tweaking. We have “completed” our son’s room and our daughter’s nursery.
-
I feel like my calling in life is to be a mother. It’s something I have known since my senior year of high school, well before I actually had kids. I feel blessed to be able to stay home with my children.
-
I have battled depression since the ripe old age of 12. (Yes, I know kids aren’t supposed to know what depression is at that age, but this gal did..) I attempted suicide at age 14 and praise God, was found before it was too late.
-
I wore braces for over four years(!!) and I wear contacts. I can’t see without them, but I’m too scared to have Lasik.
-
In the past 24 hours, I have watched “Lightening Queen Car” (better known simply as Cars” three times. (Yes, I know I shouldn’t let my son watch that much TV, but we still aren’t back to a routine and I’m still learning how to nurse the baby and occupy the toddler.)
-
Saving money is my kinda “high.” I love the thrill of it and I’m glad I learned how to do it at a young age.

I have gone on three cruises and four cross-country road trips.

I could eat pizza every single day and I recently started making it at home.
