I really need to work on the worrying part, I know that it does me no good, but it is such a habit. I’ve been a worrier for as long as I can remember. I worry about things that could happen, things that have happened, things I want to happen, etc.
I came across this post at Life As MOM and it resonated with me. If you are a worry wart, give it a read!
I’m taking Bella to the doctor at 4 today. She has a cough and is congested, so if y’all could say a quick prayer for her, I would appreciate it. I’m scared just because she’s so young.

>Prayers going out for you and Bella! It is hard when our precious ones are sick.
>I have always been a worrier…till I heard a keynote speaker talk about it and showed me how unconstructive it was.
He said there were only two things to worry about, things you can control and things you can't. If you can't control it, then don't waste your energy worrying about it. If you can, then spend your time developing an action plan.
Really hit home with me….
>Well, I think what we do everyday could compliment one another!!! You worry, I "Breathe" 🙂
Breathe, breathe, everything will be ok. 🙂
