Spring Fashions from Gymboree

Up until recently, all of our Gymboree clothes were second-hand.  Bella has worn several adorable Gymboree outfits that were given to us used and in great condition which I think speaks volumes about the quality of Gymboree clothing.  I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with a brand we already love and to check out Gymboree’s new spring lines!

The hardest part of shopping at Gymboree is choosing which collection I want to shop!  For Bella, I finally settled on the Tea Time Afternoon line.  I love the bright, fun colors and how I could easily mix & match the pieces.  The shorts won me over right away, so I picked two different tops to go with them.  Bella is quickly becoming interested in her clothes and wants to pick our her own shoes daily.  When I opened these sandals, she wanted to put them on right then and there.  We’ve had such rainy, nasty weather that she hasn’t had the chance to wear them but once- she still asks almost everyday though!

For boys, I adore the Go Nautical line from Gymboree.  My dad has a pontoon boat that Bryson loves to drive, so when I spotted the “Captain” shirt, I knew he just had to have it.  I’m sure he’ll get a kick out of wearing it this spring and summer while out on Pop’s boat.  I’m far from trendy, but I have noticed colored pants all around me lately- it’s no longer just denim and khaki- and these orange shorts are adorable.  The drawstring waist was a huge selling point for me, because Bryson can dress himself and doesn’t need help with those.  He likes the independence and I don’t complain about the break!  🙂  I chose shorts and three different shirts from the Go Nautical line (2 pictured) so he can have some easy mix & match outfits.

Gymboree Customer Service Experience

When my order arrived, one shirt was sent in the incorrect size.  I immediately e-mailed the folks at Gymboree letting them know.  The next morning, I had a response waiting for me.  Not only did they tell me to keep the shirt (or donate it, if I wanted), but they offered to send a gift card for my purchase amount or ship another shirt free-of-charge ASAP.  I chose to go with the gift card and received it a few days later.  I was very impressed with Gymboree’s customer service and it makes me even more happy to work with and purchase from Gymboree.

I earned GymBucks with my purchases, so I am impatiently waiting to spend those during April!
