A Beautiful Easter Dress for Bella Grace

Easter is right around the corner- how crazy is that!?  It falls on April 8th this year.  April is always a fun month for us- my husband and I both have April birthdays just a few days apart.  I’m looking forward to Easter more than ever because both kids will be able to hunt eggs and play together.  Bella was just a babe last year, but Bryson really got into the egg hunting.

Because I don’t often splurge on children’s clothing, Easter is the perfect excuse to buy Bella a beautiful dress.  Enter Hartstrings.  As soon as I visited their website, the Windsor Derby dress jumped off the screen, grabbed me, and yelled “BUY ME!  I’M PERFECT!”  I resisted and browsed the entire site, but time after time, I found myself staring at the original dress.  Before Bella, I wasn’t really a fan of purple, but from the first time I put a purple outfit on her, it’s been “her” color.  I absolutely love her in purple..  well, I love her in any color (even dirt and mud) but purple just does something for me.

I gave in and added the dress to my cart.  I browsed a while longer and found the most adorable polo style shirt on clearance and added it to my cart too.  It looks like a regular shirt, but has a fun surprise on the back.  Then I noticed that I could sign up to receive e-mails and receive a coupon for 10% off my purchase- score!  My order also qualified for free shipping, so I completed check out and (not-so) patiently waited on my order to arrive.

I was a little unsure of spending over $70 on two items- that is unheard of for me.  When the items arrived a little over a week later, any doubt I had faded away.  I certainly couldn’t spend that amount on everyday clothes, but for special occasions, Hartstrings is perfect and exceeded my expectations.  The dress was beautiful online, but actually holding it in my hands- it’s gorgeous.

The dress is top quality and worth every penny.  What sets Hartstrings apart from others is the attention to detail.  From the bows on each side, the “V” back, purple buttons, to the big beautiful bow- it’s lovely and all of those details come together to make the perfect Easter dress for my Bella Grace.   I could not be happier with my purchase and I’m so glad that I splurged on this dress.  It’s one that I will certainly save and put away for future babies and grandbabies.

Bella Grace refused to cooperate with my mini photoshoot.  Instead, she opted to play in the sandbox and and run around avoiding me.  It was difficult to capture the beauty of the dress.  The colors just say spring and remind me of a flower garden.  I’m sure you’ll be seeing more of the dress in the coming months!
