Shopping (Week of 10/10/2010)

The only in-store deal I hit this week was K Mart’s 50% off toys sale.  I am sad to say that it was no where near as awesome as last year.  We only bought four items.  We did pick up a swimming pool for next year, priced at $12- down from $50.  Oh, I did use my K Mart “Show Your Way” rewards card for the first time & it printed out a coupon for a free bottle of hand sanitizer.  I thought that was cool!

I hit up Amazon with coupons and money earned from gift cards this week though.  For no money out of my pocket, I ended with a box of 140 Huggies diapers and three packs of 3M Command Picture Hanging Strips.  I bought two smaller packs of these strips at Lowes last week and after using them, I will NEVER go back to a hammer and nails- nope, never!  You can expect a full review with photos in the coming weeks.
