We just got home from the beach yesterday evening, so I’m working on getting the laundry finished up and the house back in order. We had a fabulous time and I’ll have a post up later this week about our first vacation as a family of four. As far as the meal plan, it’s going to be a simple kind of week. My hubby has taken on a few side jobs for the next couple weeks. He’ll be working his regular hours and then later on into the night. He usually takes over in the evenings and is a huge help so I’m lost without him at night. To help keep my sanity and keep up with the kids, I’ll be relying on my Crock Pot and easy dinners.
