I’m proud to say that I have once again been chosen as an Infantino Test Drive Mom. I had the chance to take part in this opportunity last year and I’ve used all of the products with Bella. Several of them became some of my favorite baby products and are still in daily use.
I received a box packed full of infant toys from the Comforting Play collection. As I browsed through the toys, the first thing I noticed was how soft everything felt. I pulled each one out and I was a little bummed because several of them are actually for babies younger than Bella- like newborns. Then, the more I thought about it, I liked that. It’s super hard to find things for tiny babies, but this collection includes things like Soothing Hand Squeezies, Wrist Rattles, and Tag Along Chimes. All of the toys in the Comforting Play collection are for newborns and up, which makes them perfect for baby shower gifts.
We’ve used the All Around 1-2-3 Teether and the Sweet Bee Scented Pal with Bella. Her absolute favorite though is the buckwheat-filled, calming Ouchie Pal. We don’t leave home without it now. I leave it in the car, because she loves to play with it and it keeps her calm and quiet. You can pop them in the fridge to soothe bumps and bruises, but thankfully, I haven’t had the chance to try them out for that…. yet.
Bryson took up with the adorable Soothing Snuggle Pup. He (the pup) has a removable sound box, so cleaning is simple. There are three 15-minute sound options (heartbeat, nature, & baby spa), an on/off switch, and volume control. You can attach it to car seat, strollers, or a crib, but Bryson prefer to carry it around like any other cute, cuddly stuffed animal.
In my opinion, the Comforting Play collection fills a void when it comes to baby products. Until now, you really couldn’t find toys for the sweet newborn stage. The muted colors, soft textures, and calming sounds are perfect for newborns. Thank you, Infantino, for seeing this void and introducing an entire line of soft and cuddly toys for babies!
This line is available at most Walmart and Toys R Us stores and can be purchased online.
