I stopped in Home Depot after my trip to Goodwill on Monday. I ran in after some Heirloom White spray paint, but also came out with some chalkboard paint. I had a few projects in mind and I have already tackled five of them. Each one is small, but it feels great to get them done.
Side note: When someone tells you only Home Depot carries Heirloom White, just believe them. Don’t waste your time checking Lowes or Wal Mart, just go ahead, put your big girl panties on, and make that special trip to Home Depot.
You may remember this super heavy and super cool rocking truck I picked up at Goodwill in July. It was cute as could be, but the plastic film they had used for windows was all bumpy and peeling. Immediately, I knew I wanted to replace it with chalkboard windows. I simply peeled the film off, sanded it down, and started painting.
