I am so excited to share three of my favorite blogs with y’all today. These three blog are completely different- one will teach you how to live on less, one offers homeschool ideas and product recommendations, and the other is focused on home decor. Even with such different niches, they share a few key traits that I look for in a blog. 1. They are real. They share the ups and the downs, the good and the bad. 2. They inspire me. Whether it’s inspiring me to live on less, try a new recipe, teach my children and enjoy the process, or to decorate my home- I come away from each and every post simply inspired.
These are the blogs I like to read first thing in the morning, so I can start my day off encouraged and inspired. And if I drank lattes regularly, these are the blogs that would make my breakfast better with that latte. But honestly? Latte wasn’t even a part of my vocabulary until a few weeks ago. Something about rural Alabama, I guess, but it turns out my husband knows a lot more about making a latte than I do! With the help of TheBreakfastProject.com, I found some easy latte recipes like the Nine Nutrient Boost to help start the day off right.
MoneySavingMom.com
I began reading Money Saving Mom when I was looking for ways to save money preparing for the arrival of Bryson. And save money, I did. I became an avid couponer, spending less, saving more, and even built a stockpile. I no longer coupon heavily, but I continue to read because Crystal shares real-life advice and always inspires me. I find myself encouraged daily. And her cinnamon rolls recipe is a must try- we love it!

When the idea of homeschool struck me, I told myself that surely I was losing my mind. Then I happened upon Carissa’s blog and thought “Maybe I’m not so crazy after all!” She shares free themed tot, preschool, & kindergarten printables, ideas for learning, and great advice when it comes to homeschooling. I read her blog daily and usually find myself pinning her posts on Pinterest for later. I’ve also purchased several products at Carissa’s recommendation and haven’t been let down once! Even if you don’t homeschool, you’ll find plenty of ideas for educational play.

The first word that comes to mind when I think about Shelly is “real.” When I read her blog, I feel almost like I’m chatting with a friend. I was first drawn into her decorating style and her drool-worthy pantry. Then she started pouring her heart (and sweat) into posts about her weight-loss journey and I appreciate that she is so genuine. She’s one of those people that I can imagine being the same in real life as she is on her blog.
So those are only three of my favorite blogs. I have so many more than I enjoy and there are always unread items in my feed. I’ve tried to go through and delete a few, but I still have at least 50 different blogs that I keep up with. Crazy? I know!
So now I want to know..
