Weekly Meal Plan – March 25

It’s 9:30PM as I type this and I can barely hold my eyes open.  I’ve spent the majority of my weekend visiting with hubby’s family (so happy they came to visit!  so glad I can truthfully say that too!  blessed.) and working on our dining set.  We didn’t have a thing planned, but I randomly decided to tackle our table & benches on Saturday.  One coat of stain and a couple coats of poly-cryptic sealer and I’ll be finished.  I can’t wait to share the final result!  With that said, I’m ready to hit the hay so let’s get on to the menu.

 

Breakfast

-Baked Oatmeal
-Pancakes
-Waffles

Lunch

-Leftovers
-Chicken Fingers, mac & cheese
-Peanut Butter sandwiches, carrots
-Hot dogs (the boy can’t live without them, so he thinks)

Dinner

-Spaghetti
-Chicken & Black Bean Mexican Filling
-Chicken & Dumplings
-Homemade Hamburger Helper
-Chicken Wraps

  5. Chicken and Dumplings sounds awesome! I actually made a menu plan this week, and it feels awesome. We’re trying out a new Lentil crockpot recipe tomorrow night!
