The winter months are super fun and super busy around here. Bryson’s birthday is in December, we have several family functions, a few holiday parties, a New Year’s party, and then comes my dad’s and Bella’s birthday in January. So, I may be absolutely out of my mind for putting together this list of 25 activities for the month of December. Just maybe. Even if we miss a few, I had a lot of fun coming up with ideas for our list and I know that we’ll enjoy quality family time all during the month. You’ll notice that some are simple like “watch a Christmas movie” and then some involve going places, doing crafts, and a few are food related. I hope you’ll grab a few ideas from my list and come up with some of your own too!

Christopher Pop-In-Kins will also be visiting us throughout the end of November and during December. I’m sure he’ll find some great hiding places and have a little bit of fun while we are sleeping. In fact, I’ll bet his actions will be worthy of weekly blog posts!
That is quite a list! I need to make mine.
I love this list and I am totally stealing about half of it!
Love your list. I haven’t even made a list. The first thing on my list seems to be finish my homework for my classes so I can get in the full Christmas mood!
I LOVE letting this kids do the wrapping paper!!!!
Great list! Love it!
You’ve got lots of great ideas. I think my favorite is driving around to find Christmas lights, there’s some pretty awesome ones around here.
Sounds like you’re going to keep pretty busy!
This list makes me smile! My mobility has been limited temporarily due to an injury so my list for the holiday season is to just survive…LOL. In all seriousness, my list would be decorating, wrapping presents, listening to Christmas music, and sending cards. I usually like to bake and do more stuff but I know that won’t be practical this year.
Oh yeah! And we like to drive around and look at lights too. Last year we got hot chocolate and drove around on Christmas Eve. There’s not a whole lot in the way of lights here but it’s still fun. And I always watch the Yule Log on Christmas Eve…makes me happy because it reminds me of my childhood!
It’s a wonderful list! Better than an Advent Calendar, since it’s packed with family activities. But still counting down to Christmas and building excitement!
[…] We were still playing outside in November! We celebrated Thanksgiving early with my family then traveled south to celebrate with Justin’s family. We fancied up the house for Christmas with some pretty holiday decor and planned our Christmas activities. […]
