Even though we didn’t follow the menu-plan exactly last week, it was so helpful. I knew what we were having each night for dinner and that kept me from rushing around the kitchen come 5 o’clock. It eliminated a lot of stress that usually comes with dinner time especially. We had left-overs almost everyday for lunch, so you’ll notice that I added a few things from last week’s plan back to this week’s menu.
Breakfasts
- Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
- Eggs & Toast
- Cereal
Lunches
- BLT Salad
- Shrimp Salad
- Sandwiches
- Leftovers
Snacks
- Smoothies
- Fruit
- Crackers
Dinners
- Sauer-Kraut & Weenies
- Tacos
- Hubby’s Homemade Chili
- Homemade Chicken Strips
- Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes
What’s on your menu this week?

Sounds like it’s going to be a yummy week at your house.
Great meal plan!
Yum! I am going to come stay with you this week. I am focusing more on crockpot meals now. It seems to be the only way I get the cooking done.
Dinner is always easier with a weekly meal plan. I am so lost when I don’t actually make one!
Might have to try out the chicken strips!
I am going to try that sloppy joe recipe sometime. I have been trying different ones lately trying to find a real good one.
I am making slow cooker sloppy joes for my daughter’s birthday next week! Yum!
Awesome meal plan! You guys will be eating good this week.
