Beka Pancake Pan Review

I bought almost all of my cookware when I was 16.  I worked at a local grocery store and for several months they ran a promotion where if you spent X amount of $$, you would get a certain pot/pan for X amount.  Each week featured a new pot or pan, so I ended up with the entire set.  It isn’t exactly top of the line, but it is nice and I’m pretty proud of the fact that I was that kinda girl at age 16.  It has been in use for almost 4 years and it is still in excellent condition.

With that said, I had never owned Crepe/ Pancake Panuntil the lovely folks over at Beka offered to send me one.  We’ve had it for a couple of months now and let me tell you- we love it.  I call it our “go-to” and “weekend family breakfast” pan.  My hubby almost always cooks up a delicious breakfast on either Saturday or Sunday (both, if I’m lucky!) and he uses this pan pretty much every weekend now.

It makes the best, most evenly cooked pancakes.  Ever.  I’m not kidding and I’m not exaggerating.  I won’t cook pancakes on any other pan now.  The difference is like night and day when it comes to pancakes cooked in my regular pans and then cooked in the Beka Pancake Pan.  If I’m being completely honest, I totally had to Google what a “crepe” is and after doing so, I’m going to give them a shot.  I’ll let you know how that adventure turns out.  As for now, I’ll continue to enjoy my perfectly cooked pancakes.  Hubby says I should also mention that he has made some tasty fried eggs in this pan too.  We’ve never had anything stick to this pan!  Clean up is super easy- most of the time you can just wipe it out with a clean and towel and it’s good to go.  If you do need to wash it, it is dishwasher safe.
