TILT – Huggable Hangers

About two years ago, I worked third shift. Because I worked third shift, I would wake up at 3 o’ clock in the morning, no matter what. I don’t know how often you’ve stayed up until 3 a.m. but let me tell you, there is nothing on TV at that time. So, I would always end up flipping the TV to the Home Shopping Network. I really enjoyed their scrapbooking shows, though I never ordered anything. One morning, I happened to be watching Home Shopping Network when Joy Mangano came on. She introduced Huggable Hangers and my life has changed… seriously!

Our first home was a tiny little house trailer with 1.5 closets. My husband is worse than any girl I have ever met when it comes to clothes. He has a polo in every possible color, more jeans that I care to count, and khaki shorts running out of his ears. Do you see where I’m going? Now, I’m not saying I don’t have my share of clothes, but I have no where near the amount he does. Things just were not working with our closet. I would fight to get the clothes in the closet and while laundry did not really bother me, hanging up clothes was dreadful.

I ordered my first set of Huggable Hangers from Home Shopping Networkand they arrived a few days later. I started with my husband’s side of the closet & took everything out and off their original hangers. I put every piece on a Huggable Hanger and the difference was amazing! Not only do you gain a ton of room, you also no longer have to worry about those shoulder creases. These hangers will hold any garment, no matter the size, material, whatever.

Another great thing about these, they are almost indestructible. I can’t tell you how many plastic hangers I have stepped on & broken. Out of the hundreds I have, one has broken. My husband twisted it just to show me it would break. Silly, I know.

Since then, I have ordered two more sets. From now on, this will be a gift I give for housewarming parties, bridal showers, etc. Everyone should have a set.. or two, or three.

Have I talked you into them? If so, you can go through this linkand get 15% off! They are worth every penny.

I will take photos of my closets & post them soon. I have a set of pastel & two sets of lime green. I love the different colors; they make me smile when I open the closet doors.

  • >Okay – so twisting the hanger until it breaks to prove to me that the hanger is not as wonderful as I say it is, is EXACTLY something my hubby would do, too! LOL!

I'll have to check these out. My kids closets could really use them – oh, who am I kidding, our's probably could, too!
